Since 2002, Dave Kolodzik has been engaged in conducting Replacement Cost Valuations for various associations. Over the years, he has successfully completed an extensive number of Insurance Appraisals for homeowner and condominium associations across Florida.
Dave boasts a wealth of expertise as a former Florida licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster, holding the esteemed PPIA (Professional Property Insurance Adjuster) designation. Furthermore, he is a certified Replacement Valuation Specialist (CRVS). His proficiency is acknowledged by the State of Florida, where he is certified as a Continuing Education Provider, offering comprehensive instruction on Replacement Cost Valuation classes.
Nick Lopez
Nick has brought expert precision and insight to many projects and programs since 2009 when he finished his graduate degree in Civil-Structural Engineering. He has worked as a structural engineer on several mid-rise commercial office builds, contributed to the seismic retrofit industries, completed countless residential projects for owners & has done cause & origin investigations in over 150 cases within the Forensic Engineering litigation support space since Hurricane Ian impacted Florida in Sept 2022. He holds Professional Engineering licensure in FL, GA, NC, TX, NV, AZ and from his home state of CA, the license which he earned first in 2013. Nick is a US Air Force veteran and was a civil engineering officer for 4 years, with tours in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. At Expert Reserve Services he values the contribution to public safety that the Milestone Structural Inspections serve in Florida.

Meet Nick Moore, a proud Tennessee native who began his journey in a charming town of around 7,000 people. Nick brings a wealth of experience from his background in sales and human resources, culminating in his most recent role as the Talent Acquisition Manager at a leading international manufacturing company. In this capacity, he expertly navigated the complex landscape of staffing for a sizable site housing 1400 employees. However, Nick has since embraced a new chapter in his career. Currently, he serves as a Site Analyst at Expert Reserve Services, Inc., bringing his skills and insights to a different arena.
Beyond the professional realm, Nick maintains his active lifestyle, clocking in 25 miles per week as a dedicated runner and frequenting the local climbing gym. Noteworthy achievements include conquering Mt. Leconte twice and scaling the heights of Mt. Mitchell, the tallest mountain to the east of the Mississippi. With a dynamic background and a fresh perspective in his new role, Nick continues to excel both professionally and personally.
