This location is the new Central Florida service office for the company. From this location, Expert Reserve Services will service clients from Jacksonville to Vero Beach along the East Coast and as far as the Tampa/St. Petersburg area on the West Coast, including Orlando and all other locations within that area.
Their corporate office will remain in the same location at 433 Silver Beach Ave in Daytona Beach. This new location is in addition to the company’s other satellite offices in Doral, Venice, and Panama City Florida as well as Mobile Alabama, and Atlanta Georgia.
Expert Reserve Services provides Reserve Studies, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies, Replacement Cost Valuation, and Engineering Services (including Milestone Inspections) to condominium associations, homeowner associations, hotels, apartment complexes, and other commercial entities throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.
